Heidi Klum as Medusa
Heidi Klum is known for her exclusive Halloween party and extravagant costumes. This year, she did not disappoint, bringing an incredible and viscous scaly Medusa dress. The look was completed with moving hair and snakes, as well as equally scary makeup. Tom Kaulitz, Klum’s husband, went as Stone to complement her costume, and both were designed by Mike Marino, who typically designs Klum’s costumes.
Ed Sheeran as Pennywise from “It”
Ed Sheeran had one of the most terrifying costumes this year, dressing as Pennywise from Stephen King’s “It.” Sheeran went all out with full makeup and a wig, as well as a very accurate costume and carrying a balloon. The musician also posted pictures of himself walking, sipping coffee, eating pizza and running errands around the city on his social media.
Rei Ami and Ejae as Zoey and Derpy
Rei Ami and Ejae, the lead singers of the band “Huntrix” in the new movie “K-Pop Demon Hunters.” Referencing the new movie, which has become very popular since its release, the two singers dressed up as the “Huntrix” member Zoey and Derpy, the mythical blue tiger from the film. Their playful nod to the movie caused even more excitement around the already-viral release.
Mindy Kaling as Timothée Chalamet
Mindy Kaling took a more comedic approach to Halloween, dressing up as Timothée Chalamet. Kaling copied his outfit from a photo of him at a New York Knicks game, wearing an orange Knicks jacket and matching pants. The impersonation became a fan favorite and added a lighthearted twist to the Halloween list.
Katseye as Mariah Carey
All members of the popular band Katseye paid homage to Mariah Carey by dressing up as Carey. These outfits from her music videos included “Fantasy,” “Obsessed,” “Honey,” “We Belong Together,” “Heartbreaker” and, of course, “All I Want For Christmas Is You”. They each recreated one of her iconic looks and pulled it off effortlessly.
