Grad Bash is a huge celebration for graduating seniors all around Florida at Universal Studios. This unforgettable and enjoyable experience is held on a variety of different weekends to reduce crowding. This year, Maclay students traveled to the event on Friday, April 11 and gained access to the rides, food, attractions and entertainment.
Students were given the hours between 6 p.m. and 2 a.m. to spend time enjoying Universal Studios. Maclay students left on Friday at 12 p.m. and then arrived back home at 7 a.m. With the freedom to do whatever they wanted, some students ran to wait in lines while others went directly to get dinner. Although the entire experience of Grad Bash can be tiring and overwhelming due to the crowds, it is a fun bonding experience that creates memories. With different schools, students are able to make connections with other seniors while waiting in the long lines. Overall, Grad Bash is a fun experience, offering students a chance to make connections and enjoy Universal.
