Maclay Marauders Varsity Baseball vs. Rickards Raiders

The Maclay Varsity Baseball team stomped on the Rickards Raiders on Monday, Mar. 9, playing an explosive game. With powerful hits and relentless offense, the Marauders beat the Raiders 15-3. Maclay crushed Rickards, securing a dominant victory on Monday night.
“The best part of our game was our hitting. We showed that we could hit no matter the situation,” sophomore Nolan Roberts said. “We could’ve played better by being more involved in the game and playing better defensively. We have to have a good mentality and be prepared for anything bad that could go wrong.”
The Marauders' hard work and practice keeps them prepared to play against any team. This has helped them in multiple games throughout the season.
“The best part of the season so far was beating North Florida Christian on the road,” sophomore Wyatt Pustejovsky said. “I’m looking forward to the district championship game against Florida High.”
The Marauders hope to carry this momentum through the rest of the season. After this impressive win, the team looks forward to continuing their strong performance in future games.
