Maclay Boys Basketball Senior Night

On Thursday, Jan. 15, the Maclay boys basketball team lost 66-31 against the Brookwood Warriors. This disappointing loss made their record 2-15 in regular season games. The Marauders have struggled with home games this season, and are hopefully ready to turn it around at the next game. 

Though the Marauders lost, there was lots to celebrate because it was senior night. Seniors George Hartsfield, Dion Rogers and Evan Starr were honored before the game and started off the game for the Marauders. Even though they were not able to win, the seniors were given a fun night to remember with a large crowd.

Maclay will look to carry the experience gained from the Brookwood matchup into the remainder of the season. As the end of the regular season approaches and the postseason is nearing, Maclay is still practicing hard. On Friday, Jan. 16, the Marauders play the Chiles Timberwolves at home.
