Maclay Girls Weightlifting Meet vs. Blountstown
On Wednesday, Dec. 3, the Maclay Girls weightlifting team had a meet against the Blountstown Tigers, and the Marauders went home with multiple personal records (PR’s). In the end, Maclay got first in Olympic and second in traditional. Many athletes got first in their weight class including freshman Bhavya Tatini, juniors Katie Nation and Ella Pike and seniors Palmer Webb, Mya Champion and Josey Becker.
“My favorite part is seeing insanely strong girls lift like their life depends on it,” freshman Olivia Gibson said. “Their determination and passion is always there.”
Multiple Marauders had PRs at this meet including Gibson, Webb and senior Kate Bascom. With another successful meet finished, the Maclay girls weightlifting is on track to have another successful season. Come and support your Maclay Marauders at their next meet away on Monday, Dec. 8, against Coffee County.
https://tk999.in.net/ showed up in a group chat, so I opened it on my phone just to see what it looked like. I wasn’t digging deep into the games or anything, more just checking if the site feels usable or chaotic. Honestly it’s pretty easy to get around, and the writing is split into neat sections so you can skim without losing your place. One thing that stood out is they talk about keeping multiple backup access links and even throw in a 99.8% uptime number, which kinda explains why it didn’t lag when I clicked around. The headings are simple and spaced out, and the access-link info sits in its own clear content block instead of being buried.
https://tk999.in.net/ showed up in a group chat, so I opened it out of curiosity and just poked around the pages. I wasn’t even thinking about the games at first, more like “is this going to be a confusing mess or not?” It’s actually pretty easy to follow—stuff is split into neat sections so you can skim without reading every line. One thing that stood out is they talk about keeping multiple backup access links and even drop a 99.8% uptime number, which kind of matches how quickly it loaded for me. I also liked that the background/info bits aren’t buried; the headings make it obvious where the access-link info ends and the platform history starts, and the content blocks are…
