Adopt Me! Releases a New Star Rewards System
Adopt Me! is a popular game on Roblox, an online gaming platform where players hatch, raise and trade virtual pets. From ordinary pets, such as dogs, to exotic pets, such as parrots, there are a variety of pets available in the game. On Sept. 11, 2026, developers NewFissy and Bethink added a new update which changed the game’s rewards system and increased player engagement.
The game transformed its daily login system. Originally, players would log in each day to claim Bucks and earn Star Rewards through a set calendar. After logging in for a certain number of days, players would automatically receive rewards. Now, instead of receiving predetermined rewards, players earn stars and spend them on rewards of their choice. For example, after logging in for one day, players would have one star to spend. With the one star, players can purchase items like a Standard Chest, Small Gift or Hyperspeed Potion.
Logging in for 28 days gives players the opportunity to purchase the new Gemstone Egg. The egg can hatch a variety of pets, ranging from ultra-rare to legendary. All the pets from the old Star Reward system are obtainable, except for the Diamond Unicorn. The Gemstone Egg also introduces the new Amethyst Penguin, which players have a 0.05% chance of hatching.
With the new login system, players can now look toward the stars for their next reward.
